Yoga begins at 6:30 pm.
Come early to mingle, and stay for the sunset.
This is an all-levels, beginner-friendly, safe and welcoming yoga space open to all.
Bring your water bottle and a big beach towel or blanket/sheet for your practice. These work better than mats on the sand.

Metered parking on the street along ocean.
Enter the beach at the Gulfstream Road Beach Access and walk to the right (south) and you’ll see us.
