In the one-on-one setting, I customize individualized plans based on your personal goals and needs, through yoga, reiki, consultation, or a blend of all three. I offer private yoga sessions from beginners to advanced, for injuries, trauma, pregnancy, meditation practice, and breathing methods; Yoga Nidra for manifestation from a state of deep relaxation and awareness; reiki--a form of energy body work for relaxation, stress reduction, pain reduction, and balance; and wellness consultation, working with the client to equip them with the tools and motivation to cultivate and sustain holistic daily practices such as healthy eating, exercise, meditation, breathing, and positive thinking.
