Join Diana Tigerlily on October 7 in Peoria, Illinois, and October 14 at Mandala Gardens in Marion, Illinois, for a peaceful retreat of forgiveness, self-compassion, and loving kindness. Based on Stanford Forgiveness Project founder Dr. Fred Luskin's techniques outlined in his book Forgive for Good, this retreat will guide you through forgiveness meditations to help you release old wounds and begin healing.
During the retreat we will unravel forgiveness myths, overview techniques of forgiveness, and practice powerful forgiveness meditations. Participants will be equipped to continue practicing these forgiveness techniques beyond the retreat.
At the Peoria location there will be time for reflection and guided relaxation. At Mandala Gardens, a labyrinth walk is included. Bring a journal and a yoga mat. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

Manifesting Abundance Retreat!
Join me for a nurturing day of getting clarity on what you want to manifest next in your life!
Mandala Gardens is located in Marion, Illinois, at 1702 N. State St.
The day will begin with gentle yoga, followed by a brief introduction to Yoga Nidra and key ways to create your sankalpa, or resolve, for manifesting your reality.
Next, we will walk the labyrinth as you clarify and visualize the reality you are wanting to create, with time for journaling.
Then I will guide you into a session of Yoga Nidra, a state of deep relaxation where our ability to manifest is heightened.
We will conclude with a debriefing and affirmation yoga.
Bring yoga mat, blanket, pillow, journal, pen, and water bottle.
