My Specializations

In the one-on-one setting, I customize individualized plans based on your personal goals and  needs, through yoga, reiki, Ayurveda consultation, meditation, and breathwork or a blend of all three. I offer private sessions for all ages, levels and needs, from beginners to advanced, for injuries, trauma, chronic pain and illness; Yoga Nidra for  manifestation from a state of deep relaxation and awareness; reiki--a form of energy body work for relaxation, stress reduction, pain reduction, and balance; and Ayurvedic wellness consultation, working with the client to equip them with the tools and motivation to cultivate and sustain holistic daily lifestyle practices, routines, and nutrition customized to their individual constitution.
